Excellence in Practice

I ordered the 6 mug offer on a Thursday morning. Within half an hour I received a text message to say one of the mugs was out of stock and would I like to choose another? I did, and very cheekily, asked for another one to be swapped out as these are going to be Christmas gifts for my colleagues and the one I really wanted for someone specific wasn’t in the original offer. Received a text a few minutes later saying “no problem, all sorted”. I had a lovely email from Sarah to welcome me to the shop and she hoped Royal Mail wouldn’t let me down. The mugs arrived, beautifully and carefully packaged on the Monday morning. I emailed Sarah to let her know and she was delighted. Put it like this, I’ve already ordered from them again, and the service was just as good. Highly recommended for quirky presents and exceptional customer service.
