The ailm symbol (cross in a circle) is Celtic. The cross, made up of four points that represent strength, unity, eternity of spirit and wholeness. In essence it is meant to symbolise inner strength and resilience. The shape, as a whole represents the silver fir or pine tree that is evergreen and can survive the harshest of conditions.
