As a busy working mum, Christmas is a joyous affair (genuinely!) but bloody hell, when that carb coma hits early evening and the sitting room looks like a psychadelic fairy has thrown up everywhere, and you know that, in essence, it's over for another year - you realise it's time to text your mate, you know.... the one who 'gets' it.  Because you know that your mate will be wondering how the recycling bin is going to expand to fit it all and will be worrying about which day the bin men will be coming this week and then wondering what day it ACTUALLY is.  Because you know that when you press send on that text that just reads "Merry Fucking Christmas" they'll smile and respond "Yeah! Merry Fucking Christmas."
